Tire mobile ship loader is new dock ship loader equipment, and entire ship loading system is installed on any traveling gear at any position of dock. Traveling gear adopts tire type and it applies to load various lump, granular structure and other loose materials as well as material in pack. It consists of traveling system, belt conveyer system, arm support system, discharging roller system, hydraulic control system, operation cab and electricity supply system (movable electricity station or cable reel).
Currently lump, granular structure and other loose material mainly use dock ShoreBridge, gantry crane and fixed linear ship loader or track movable ship loader to be loaded on ship. Compared with this equipment, tire mobile ship loader has following advantages:

Universal application: single machine can handle many types of material with maximum capability reaching600M3/hour, and it can handle goods from small size barge toPanamavessel and the other entire bulk vessel.

Flexibility: it is not necessary to install fixed track on dock, and the equipment can be moved to any position without any limitation; there is no need for specialized berth or fixed port equipment, nor for extending port infrastructure; movable equipment can be removed when it is not working, and that has little influence on regular port operation; the equipment can be moved to other port easily, and its capacity can be highly promoted.

Scientific design:it is arc design on the conveyer section. With radian at discharge entrance at the lowest level, maximum conveyer belt empty ratio can be gained and lift height can be lowered; soft flexible pipe and steel flexible knot can be utilized according to the property of conveyer material to reduce the dust generated from falling materials; discharge chute can be swing back and front or rotate fabric, and this greatly promotes the average loading speed for wide fabric closing at discharge chute.

System integrity:it can be supported with several sets of tire mobile feeding apparatus, and that improves the running capability a lot. Power supply system has two modes including moveable power station and shore supply which makes the whole system totally independent. High efficient de-dusting equipment can be linked with the system when delivering material containing dust and magnetic separator can remove the iron from materials.

High benefit performance of investment:when original equipment can not satisfy material handling anymore and port running capability needs to be promoted, and when port cargos become diversified, movable ship loader is precisely the perfect option for you. The independence of movable ship loader enables it to move freely when business is over, moreover, it can also be resold. Strong used market can guarantee the surplus value of the equipments so that investment risk is reduced. Apart from that, compared with regular ship loader, movable ship loader just consumes 40% less energy, and it saves the investment and resource consumption as well.

System introduction

1. Traveling system: it adopts self-propelled driving system, and driving equipment consists of tire, axle, bearing and hydraulic motor.

2. Belt feeder system: belt feeder consists of transmission drum roll, turnabout drum, and roller, delivery tape, cleaning device, safety protection device, tension device and metal structure frame.

3. Arm support pitching system: arm support pitching system concludes hydraulic system and fixed support frame, and it is working by the use of double hydro-cylinder arm support with arm support pitch at 17°— 30o angle.

4. Feeding device: feeding device makes material be delivered on belt feeder evenly, and it can be supported with tire mobile feeding device.

5. Charging barrel system: hose trunk swing system consists of hose swing back and front device and swing components. Propel equipment consists of hydraulic system, hose trunk and other components.

6. Hydraulic control and hydraulic station: it serves to support entire ship loader to move, and support hydro-cylinder arm support to do pitching motion, and drive hose trunk to swing back and front as well as support traveling system.

7. Electric apparatus: it consists of power supply, belt delivery component, controlling part, illumination, and signaling and safety signal protection. Movable power station can satisfy power supply for ship loader and supporting feeding equipments.

Operation principle

Ship loader travelling system adopts self-propelled driving system, while drive wheels use heavy load truck tire. There are longitudinal, lateral and well-rounded types of driving system according to user investment scale and dock working status. It is necessary to move vessel when load materials with longitudinal walking system because it is convenient to move equipment; when load materials with lateral walking equipment, equipment moves parallel with the vessel. It is convenient on loading efficiency, but not the case for facility relocation; all-dimensional style can solve above problem, but it is with high cost. Traveling system is controlled by operating arm in cab.

A support point is installed on both front and back side of ship loader. When ship loader is moved in place and starts to load materials, front and back support point should be lifted with hydraulic cylinder to protect the tire. For ship loader that adopts lateral direction walk mode, back support point should serve as axis to switch direction of entire equipment. Belt feeder is installed on the arm support frame of ship loader, and its feeding mouth is linked with feeding machine. Materials go through feeder of ship loaders and blanking at swing hose cylinder, and this is the whole process to fulfill continuous vessel loading operation. When loading materials with ship loader, double cylinder support arm is used to do pitching motion as a way to lower down the height of blanking point and reduce the crash impact between cabin and materials; cylinder stroke is determined by vessel freeboard, and it should guarantee bracket of ship loader can cross over the board. Through moving ship loader and hose cylinder swing or fabric rotation, materials can be allocated at each corner of cabin, since ship loader is moved so convenient that cabin closing or covering at any position can be fulfilled. Ship loader is equipped with movable power station, and that makes ship loader be operated more flexible. No matter if shore supply is available or the degree of frequency voltage, ship loader can all work independently.
